Summer Training and Equipping Program (STEP) is a discipleship training program offered by Hillview Bible Chapel every other year, in the will of the Lord. The program focuses on equipping a believer to know Christ more, and to prepare them to make a difference in the lives of others by knowing Him. In addition to classroom sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, STEP offers Saturday seminars, field trips, service projects and other ministry opportunities. The students will be offered discipleship, either one-on-one or in small groups, to provide accountability and support throughout the program.
