Girls Club seeks to prepare girls to become godly women who are productive in life, in their homes, and for the Kingdom of God. Girls can earn badges by completing activities and projects that reflect their progress in these areas. Three different age groups give the girls opportunities to learn life skills, study the Bible and make friends at their own level. All the groups come together with the special adults in their lives for Pal-Gal parties, Mom-Pal-Gal Christmas Teas, and Father-Daughter Events. Caring leaders are passionate about helping the girls grow spiritually, especially since some of them attended Girls Club as youngsters.
Our Sparrows Group is for our youngest girls in 1st and 2nd grade. This is where lifelong friendships can be born; friendship with Jesus, as well as friendships with other girls who love God. Creative crafts, active games, and wonderful Bible memory verses and lessons fill the evening with laughing and learning together.
Girls in our middle to upper elementary grade Doves group are ready for a bit more challenging games and Bible drills to see who can find verses quickly, and then dig even deeper for God's truths in the Bible. Their leaders take it up a step with great crafts and activities that help girls develop skills for life.
Now that they are around junior high age, girls in our Eagles group begin to spread their wings as they develop leadership and service skills. They lead the whole Girls Club in singing time, and start to serve others with their "Rake & Run" night in the fall or even preparing a meal together for families in need.
